Chief Financial Officer Robert B. Gregory   Bob Gregory serves the Texas and Florida farms from the Corporate Office in Houston, Texas. He has been in the agricultural accounting industry for over 12 years both in public and private practice. He graduated in 1972 at the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. Bob has served with the Houston Chapter of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPA, the American Institure of CPA's and the Houston HOFA. VP of Customer Satisfaction Jonathan Saperstein   Jonathan Saperstein started with Tree Town USA in 2003, while he was still in high school. Initially he was assigned to a field crew at Tree Town USA's Glen Flora location. While attending University of Texas, Austin, not only did he work full time for Tree Town USA, but he was also elected VP of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity's chapter at UT and President of the Silver Spurs, whom are responsible for the care of the University's mascot BEVO. Through the years he began to work up from field labor to farm maintenance and eventually landed at Tree Town's corporate headquarters in Houston. Jonathan's father is Chairman of Tree Town USA and at an early age instilled the belief that the most important part of any business to business relationship is customer service. Jonathan is now VP of Customer Satisfaction and is responsible for ensuring that every Tree Town USA customer receives industry leading service. Jonathan prides himself in always being available for any of Tree Town USA's customers and even though he is technically based in Houston, he spends the majority of his time out of the office visiting with as many customers as possible in order to ensure that they are receiving the highest level of service. Senior VP of Farm Operations Edward C. Sossaman Jr.   Edward C. Sossaman Jr. is Senior Vice president of Farm Operations of Tree Town USA. Ed oversees the company's seven farm locations and 3500 acres of tree nurseries in Texas and Florida and has 35 years of accomplished experience in the nursery industry. Ed has served on the Grower's Committee of the TNLA, other technical committees of the FNGLA and ANLA, and was appointed to the Governor's Biotechnology Board in Connecticut. After joining Tree Town in 2006 as General Manager of their flagship farm in Glen Flora, Texas, Ed has led strategic planning, expansion, and business development initiatives. National Sales Manager Ron Ciaccio   Ron Ciaccio is the National Sales Manager for Tree Town USA.  After attending the University of Texas, he pursued his love of the nursery industry while working in Austin.  He has been working in the nursery business for 38 years and has worked in all facets of the industry.  He has worked with many organizations on landscaping projects in the Houston area including The University of Houston, Shell Oil Research Center, Greenspoint Mall, The Galleria, Deerbrook Mall, Copperfield, and The Woodlands, to name a few.  He holds a sales training certificate from Carew International.     He helped select and market many new products such as Loropetalum Plum Delight, Nandina Gulf Stream, Bahama Bay Series of Hibiscus, Bay Breeze Indian Hawthorne, and others.  He was in the first group of nursery professionals to receive a Texas Certified Nurseryman’s Certificate and aided with the plant identification portion of the original training manual for the TNLA.  He also has managed a large color growing facility with over 500 employees that serviced the southeast.  Currently he manages a sales team that covers the southeastern part of the country servicing retail, rewholesale and landscaping companies in this market. Director of I.T. Jason Cowham   Jason Cowham is the Director of IT for Tree Town USA. He has 5 years experience in the horticulture industry and 15 years experience in management of IT projects and business systems. After joining Tree Town USA in 2005, Jason upgraded the companies Network, Infrastructure and Business Systems, making Tree Town one of the technology leaders in the horticulture industry. Using his years of software implementation and project management experience, Jason managed the Oracle implementation at Tree Town USA. Director of Marketing Adrian Heredia   Adrian has 9 years experience in the internet technology / marketing industry. The scope of his skills and talents include web design, graphic design, sound design & engineering, as well as video and interactive development. After joining Tree Town USA in 2006 as a graphics designer, Adrian brought the company into the digital age in terms of advertising and marketing. In 2009 Adrian was given his own Marketing Department to service the company on a larger scale. Florida Inside Sales Manager Sander Brooks   Sander Brooks is the Florida Inside Sales Manager for Oasis Tree Farm and Tree Town USA. His experience in the horticulture and landscape industries spans over 10 years in both sales and management. As Territory Manager, Sander handles all customer inquiries regarding material availability, pricing, dig scheduling, shipping and other logistical concerns. In his 6 years with Oasis Tree Farm and Tree Town USA Sander has established long lasting customer relationships by also routinely assisting contractors with job bids and promptly offering alternatives to fit landscape applications. Florida Key Account Field Manager Bob Weems   Bob Weems is the Transportation Operations Manager for Tree Town USA. He has over 30 years of experience in the transportation and logistics management industry. Founding a family owned trucking company in 1979, he began developing his business principles and values based on Safety, Customer Service, and Costs. Director of Production Planning and Procurement Brad Abrameit   As Tree Town USA's Director of Production Planning and Procurement, Brad is responsible for containerized tree production across the five North East Texas Locations. Production ranging from 1 gallon fruit to 670 gallon shade trees is executed across 1300+ aggregate acres. Prior to joining Tree Town, Brad began his horticultural career as County Horticulturist in South Texas, Hidalgo County. His most recent 13 years of industry experience were with Hines Nurseries managing Color, Perennial & Shrub production at the Houston location. North Texas Operations Manager Alan Heinrich   Alan is Production Manager for TTUSA North Texas farms. He has over 23 years experience in container tree production. He is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture. He served two terms on the Florida Chapter ISA Board of Directors as Secretary and 3 years as Grower Representative. He has been active on various industry committees including the original committee that revised the Florida Grades and Standards for trees. Currently he is a member of Texas Green Industry Safety Committee and vise president of Northeast Texas Nursery Growers Association. He is an ISA Certified Arborist – 14 years. Florida Operations Manager Andy LaCroix   Andre is currently managing Tree Towns 835 acre farm located in south Florida. He has been working for the company for over ten years, and has been in the horticultural field since 1989. As Manager, Andre played an important roll in designing and engineering their new 500 acre farm located in Canal Point Florida. He has extensive experience in the landscape installation and design field. Having that knowledge plays an important roll when dealing with landscape clients. Over the years he has been a certified landscape contractor, and was a licensed landscape inspector with emphasis on Dade and Broward counties. Andre continues to strive for perfection and maintains the strict Grades and Standards growing practices for the industry. With this experience Tree Town can only offer the best quality possible. North Texas Grower Nigel Clark Nigel is currently the Farm Manager for Tree Town USA North Texas Farms, and has served many roles since joining the team in 2007 including plant health, fulfillment and many others. Nigel is an active member of the Northeast Texas Growers Association, and is a certified pesticide applicator. He also handles safety and worker protection trainings for all field labor along with many other of the daily farm activities including potting, pruning, staking, spraying, fulfillment and maintenance. South Texas Grower Joe Ray   Joe has 19 years experience as a grower and manager, having worked for large wholesale nurseries in Florida, Texas, and Virginia. He attended Florida A&M university where he received a B.S. in Landscape Design and Management. Florida Grower Mike Vlcek   Mike has worked for Tree Town USA at Oasis Tree Farms since 2005. He has been involved with operations at the 500 acre Canal Point, FL location shortly after initial production began. He has worked in the Horticulture industry for over 16 years, and has a bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State University. He also is a Certified Pest Control Operator in the State of Florida and is a Certified Arborist and a member of the International Society of Arboriculture. Plant Health Specialist Randy Howell   Randolph W. Howell has been the Grower at OASIS TREE FARM since 1998. Randy holds a Florida Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator License and is a certified instructor for the Worker Protection Standards for Agricultural Pesticides. He is a former President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association. He has OSHA Level II training for Hazardous Materials Operations.
